My name is Megan Johnston and I am writing in regards to the costuming position with Mind the Gap Productions. I have extensive knowledge of clothing design, draping, and construction for both men’s and womenswear and would like to use my fashion design skills to break into the costuming industry.
I am a hardworking, efficient, and positive team player with thorough experience working as a design assistant, technical design assistant, and as a production knitter. Furthermore, I am a strong patternmaker and draper and truly enjoy working with my hands.
